This isn’t a checkbox program. It’s career prep at the highest level.

 

At Ruby Beach, our fieldwork students aren’t just earning hours, they’re learning how to lead. Our program is designed to build real clinical skills, offer a full-spectrum of experience, and prepare you for the responsibilities of supervision.

Ruby Beach Behavioral Pediatrics is seeking Registered Behavior Technician's (RBT's) to join our staff.

Not an RBT yet? No problem! We will help guide you through the process of becoming an RBT and provide the necessary training to make you a successful team member.
