What is PCM?
Professional Crisis Management (PCM) is a form of crisis management that focuses on crisis prevention and intervention. It is a way of managing crises and severe behavioral episodes using behavioral principles and specifically promoting de-escalation.

Kendrik Richmond
M.S., BCBA
Kendrick is a valued member of the leadership team at Ruby Beach Behavioral Pediatrics. He became a certified PCM instructor in 2023. Kendrick has a passion for empowering others through continuing education and trainings while strengthening our ABA community.
Matthew Mulkearns
M.Ed., BCBA
Matt is the co-founder and clinical director at Ruby Beach Behavioral Pediatrics. He became a certified PCM instructor in 2025. Matt firmly believes in the principles of PCM and looks forward to the impact that training will have on our community.
